Shrink Hauwa is truly exceptional in the field of psychotherapy. Her expertise and dedication are second to none. Through her remarkable skills, she has not only established herself as a top-tier professional but has also transformed the lives of countless individuals, including mine.

During my therapeutic journey with Hauwa, I was repeatedly reminded not to burden myself with blame for life's challenges. Instead, she encouraged me to embrace these experiences as valuable lessons, empowering me to incorporate newfound skills into my daily life. Thanks to her guidance, I now live a more fulfilling and meaningful existence.

My initial struggles with depression, generalized anxiety, and the revelation of an underlying personality disorder made me apprehensive, but Hauwa's approach was nothing short of enlightening. She tailored a customized treatment plan, which consisted of 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), that not only addressed my immediate issues but also provided me with a profound understanding of myself.

I am forever grateful for the transformation Hauwa has brought into my life. Her expertise, compassion, and the life-changing skills she imparted have made my journey towards better mental health not only possible but also immensely rewarding. She is, without a doubt, a beacon of hope and healing in the world of psychotherapy.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
